Yes. No credit card is required.
Yes. The service is available in the browser for both presenter and attendees. It doesn't require any installation. Both audio and video webcasts can be prepared and held with a user-friendly WYSIWYG interface. The webcam can be used as well as external cameras.
Yes. Starting with the Premium plan, we offer a large number of security and registration mechanisms. These range from simple registration details or password fields to Enterprise Single Sign-On (SAML 2.0).
By default, the event landing page is customizable with your logo. The user-friendly interface is similar to Word or PowerPoint.
In-depth customization is optionally available.
SlideSync offers 3 options:
  • Webcast: Video + Presentation with synchronized slides.
  • Audiocast: Audio + Presentation with synchronized slides
  • Slidecast: Presentation only. Useful for phone conferences.
Attendees see the current presentation slide in real time. In addition to slide synchronization, document downloads can be made available to attendees on the event page.
Yes. Events can be recorded for on-demand access as well as archival purposes. The access link remains the same; the slides and the video/audio stay synchronized. You can fast-forward or go back within the video or the indexed slides.
The recording can be trimmed within SlideSync.
You decide how long the recorded version remains active.
Yes. SlideSync includes a sophisticated system that lets attendees ask questions to the presenter, while not getting in the way of the presentation. Questions can be sent directly to the presenter or previously filtered and edited by collaborators.
Yes. There are three tiers of support.
  • Email support is available to all.
  • Phone support is available for Premium or higher
  • From Professional and up, you can book on-call phone support for your event (additional charges apply).

The Billing page, accessible after signing in with your SlideSync account, shows your past and current usage.
Attendee minutes measure how long your media contents have been watched by your attendees. Storage minutes measure the length of your media contents.

Live Transcoding generates and broadcasts several resolutions at the same time. The resolution will seamlessly adapt for the individual attendee depending on their available bandwidth.

We charge a minimum of 10 attendee minutes per minute for events with video, in order to cover costs associated with live transcoding.
As a product born in Europe, language support is at the very core of SlideSync. The attendee view already supports thirteen languages, and we're adding new ones as required by you.
Multilingual events are common in international contexts. In these cases, several slide sets and audio feeds are provided; one for each language. Attendees are automatically shown their native language (based on their system preferences), or they may select their preferred language.
Once the event is over, subtitles can also be added to the recording.
Switching between subscription type is quite seamless. Our experience has shown that many of our users complete their first events using our Dedicated Event Support to ensure everything goes smoothly. Once they feel confident enough to lead events on their own, they often switch to a self-service subscription.
